How My Experience Can Help You

I’m Sandra Wilson, M.Ed., LPC, CAIP, NCC, and I believe you shouldn’t have to spend your life working around anxiety, depression or feeling stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you anymore.

I help children and adults better understand what they’re experiencing and learn how to respond differently to anxiety, stress, difficult emotions, and life’s challenges. I’m trauma-informed, and my approach is grounded in creating a space where you can feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself.

My experience extends beyond private practice. I’ve worked with veterans at a VA hospital and volunteered as a counselor at Bridge Over Troubled Waters, where I provided counseling support to employees. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how trauma, stress, life experiences, and relationships can affect our mental health.

Therapy isn’t about getting rid of every uncomfortable feeling—it’s about building the confidence and skills to handle those feelings without letting them control your life.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, struggling with your mood, navigating grief, or simply know that something needs to change, I’m here to help you figure out what comes next.
